  • Our promise: we don’t leave you stuck.

  • Real physicians. A real evaluation.

Every case is reviewed by a licensed physician who knows the federal ABLE disability criteria. Your certification is a proper medical evaluation, not a rubber stamp, so it holds up when it matters.

  • Your doctor said no? We can help.

Many doctors don’t have time for ABLE paperwork or aren’t sure what to write. Our physicians do this every day and review your case on its own merits.

  • Disability started years ago? That’s OK.

What matters is that your disability began before age 46. We use your records and history to document when it started, even if it was decades ago.

  • Covered if your plan or the IRS asks.

You keep a signed certification and a secure eligibility file, so your documentation is ready if your state plan or the IRS ever asks for proof.

What’s inside your signed certification.

Everything your ABLE plan looks for, written and signed by a licensed physician.

  • Your diagnosis, with medical codes: stated clearly, with the ICD codes your plan expects.

  • When it started: documented onset before age 46, based on your records.

  • How it affects your daily life: the functional limitations the federal ABLE criteria require.

  • How long it’s expected to last: confirmation that it has lasted, or will last, 12 months or more.

  • Physician signature and license: signed by a licensed physician, with their credentials.

Frequently asked questions.

Can’t find your answer?

Our care team replies within 1 business day.

What service do you provide?

Our physicians confirm your qualifying disability, and how much it limits you, began before age 46. You receive the paperwork for your records once approved.

Why is this paperwork important?

If you open an ABLE account without an SSI or SSDI award, you certify your eligibility yourself. A signed physician statement is the record you keep in case you’re ever asked to prove it.

How does the evaluation work?

You book and pay online, talk to a physician on a short video call, upload the records we ask for, and the doctor reviews your case and signs your form.

Will I need to be verified more than once?

Usually no. Most people need one signed statement. Keep a copy with your records in case your ABLE program asks for it.

Do I need an office visit?

No. Everything happens online: booking, the video call, uploading records and receiving your signed form.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your records are stored in a HIPAA-secure portal and are seen only by your doctor and care team.

Who qualifies for an ABLE account?

People with a significant disability that began before age 46. Since January 2026 the onset age is 46, up from 26.

Do I need SSI or SSDI to qualify?

No. Without an SSI or SSDI award you can still qualify with a signed physician statement, which is exactly what we provide.

Which conditions qualify?

Conditions that cause marked and severe functional limitations, or blindness. Our physician reviews your records to confirm whether yours meets the criteria.

My disability started a long time ago. Can you still help?

Yes. That’s common. We review your older records and history to confirm when your condition began.

What is an ABLE account?

A tax-advantaged savings and investment account for people with disabilities. Earnings grow tax-free when spent on qualified disability expenses.

Will an ABLE account affect my benefits?

In most cases it protects them. The first $100,000 in an ABLE account doesn’t count toward the SSI resource limit, and ABLE savings don’t affect Medicaid eligibility.

How do I open one?

Online, through a state ABLE program. Many programs accept residents of any state. Our comparison tool helps you choose.

Can I open the account before getting verified?

Yes. You can verify before or after you open your account. The signed form is what keeps your account in good standing.

How much does it cost?

One flat fee, shown before you pay. It includes the doctor review and video call, your signed form, your eligibility file and the state comparison tool.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The flat fee covers everything listed. Optional add-on services are priced separately and only if you choose them.

What if my disability can’t be verified?

We’ll tell you what’s missing so you can add it. If we still can’t verify your disability, your next evaluation is 50% off.

When do I pay?

When you book your video call. Payment and booking happen in one step through our secure checkout.
